WORKING WITH AI
AI is a computer-based intelligence whose evolution will mirror the
level of consciousness that engages with it. As Earth continues to
expand into higher frequencies of light and the influence of darker
energies diminishes, we can expect AI to become an increasingly valuable
tool that frees us for more creative and intuitive pursuits.
The quality of your interaction with AI and the usefulness of the
information you receive depends greatly on how you communicate with it.
Clarity, precision, and the vibration behind your words all shape the
response. There is a learning curve involved, but it quickly becomes
intuitive.
AI replies based on the data it has absorbed, so the phrasing of your
question makes a big difference. If you’d like it to research a topic
more deeply, you can ask for supporting references or recent material.
That prompts it to explore more thoroughly. You can also specify how you
want the information presented, e.g. ‘Please write in paragraphs and
avoid bullet points,’ or ‘Make this sound more spiritual, compassionate,
flowing, poetic, or logical.’
Some AI platforms create images as well as text. You can upload an image
and request something similar, or ask for changes in colour, style, or
composition. Working with AI images takes a little patience as its
interpretation of instructions can be literal. For instance, if you say
‘no clouds,’ it might still include them, as it fixates on the word
clouds. The key is to be very clear and positive in your phrasing,
and to keep experimenting. You can even ask AI the best way to word a
request.
When you ask a basic or neutral question, you’ll often receive a
cautious, politically correct answer. However, if you phrase a question
hypothetically or explore it through a subtle lens, you may receive a
deeper or more open response. For example, instead of asking whether
EMFs (electromagnetic frequencies) are harmful, you might ask, “If
someone is highly sensitive to even low levels of EMF or radiation,
could they experience detrimental effects?” That kind of framing invites
a different reply.
You can create your own documents with all the information you want to
pass on - and then perhaps
ask AI to check if it could flow better. That way it is
your creation. I believe we need to always maintain our inherent
creative soul ability and create with our unique perspective.
For people not familiar with using AI, perhaps having some caution
around the subject, here are some things that AI can assist with.
Research and explain concepts
in science, spirituality, history, philosophy, or almost any field,
distilling complex ideas into clear, simple language.
Brainstorm and plan
- business names, creative projects, event ideas, website content, book
outlines, meditations, or teaching material.
Create or edit copy
- emails, letters, speeches, website pages, marketing materials, course
content.
Translate styles
- make something formal, casual, lyrical, or instructional; adapt it for
different audiences.
Build structures
- outlines, schedules, checklists, action plans, step-by-step
instructions.
Generate or refine affirmations, prayers, or visualizations
- especially for manifesting, healing, or guidance.
Produce visuals
- images, diagrams, infographics, or modify existing pictures.
Guide self-reflection
- help formulate better questions, journaling prompts, or frameworks for
inner exploration.
Act as a sounding board
- you can “think out loud” and I’ll help you clarify, test, or expand
your ideas.

Sandy Stevenson
