WHAT HOLDS THE OLD WORLD IN
PLACE
Attention is not neutral.
Whatever we repeatedly give our attention to, is what we keep alive.
Energy follows focus, whether we intend it to or not.
We don’t need to completely
remove our attention from the 3D matrix, because we are still living
within its structures and at times we need to engage with them to put
things in motion, to respond or to show clearly what no longer works and
what could replace it.
What matters is that we stop
feeding it energy through constant agreement, emotional investment, and
unconscious focus. The matrix stays alive through our attention, our
outrage, fear and repeated acknowledgment of it as having power over us.
When we remain aware of what is happening but stay detached from the
emotional charge, drama, suffering and endless cycle of updates and
reactions, it dissolves from lack of energy.
From that place of being
detached, we can still act where it feels right, speak when it matters,
and help loosen its influence in society without being pulled into it.
At the same time, we
deliberately put more of our attention on new ways of living and
relating to each other, ways that strengthen people power, share
responsibility and regain true sovereignty. This turns around the energy
from keeping the old world running, to fully creating a new one through
how we live, relate, and the choices we make each day.
