TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR REACTIONS

Humanity is changing, and we are part of that change in real, everyday ways. Each moment gives us a chance to respond differently than we have before and to drop patterns that honestly never really improved the quality of our life. It’s not about big dramatic actions, just doing the simple things we already know but keep overlooking.

If you’re serious about stepping out of the reincarnation cycle, then this matters. It’s not something that magically happens on its own and no-one is going to do it for us. The opportunity is right now, but we have to act. Each person already has what they need to release heavy energy. It’s a choice. The universe will support you, it will nudge and open doors, but it won’t carry you or override your free will.

We tend to accept reactions like anger, hatred, or repulsion as just part of being human, especially when we feel someone else has caused harm and deserves it. These responses may be common, but they don’t come from the deeper part of us. Most of us have heard about life’s mirror and how our reactions show us what is ready to be released. Yet even with that awareness, it is easy to let the ego step in and justify why our reactions are reasonable and acceptable. We stay convinced we’re right.

People may even understand that negative reactions have a dense energy that limits our expansion but still choose to leave reactions unhandled. The pull of the ego can be strong enough that we don’t step back and observe ourselves. We ‘stay inside the reaction’ instead of seeing it as something asking for attention. These reactions reflect human patterns, beliefs, and judgments; they are not coming from the spiritual aspect of who we are. It’s not us supressing our reaction, it’s abot releasing them.

It is true that strong reactions can sometimes push a person into positive action, but it’s not an ideal way to live. When change is driven by emotional charge, we stay tied into the same cycle. A more evolved way is to see clearly what is needed and respond without the surge of reaction.

There’s also a more subtle trap on our spiritual path. The ego can shift from personal grievances into righteous ones, creating the sense that we’re justified in our behaviour because the cause appears valid. We might hear of a major crime or act of extreme cruelty and feel a desire for the person responsible to suffer. Seeking justice is functional, but the inner hatred or wish for vengeance is still a dense reaction that keeps us tied into the very energy we’re opposing. Encountering someone who is unaware or still asleep can trigger mockery, irritation or a feeling of superiority. That is another form of separation within the old 3D pattern. The same applies when we notice traits we dislike in people. If there were no reactions, we’d just observe it. The reaction points to something in us that is being mirrored back for release.

We might see reports of ecological damage and feel despair or anger at the systems and people behind it. Even when the concern is genuine, the emotional charge still drains and entangles us. Being truly awake doesn’t mean we don’t care, it means we can see it clearly - and we take whatever action is possible without being pulled into heavy matrix energy.

Each of these moments is an opportunity to practice detachment. Instead of us being swept away by the rightness of the anger, we can step back and recognize that the reaction itself is the indicator of work we still need to do. When we fail to apply spiritual basics - we stay in the 3D matrix; make life unpleasant for us and others; ensure the triggers continue getting stronger and more frequent; minimize our contribution to the overall light quotient on the planet; as well as actively limit our shift to a higher frequency of light.

As we stop letting the ego lead our responses, life no longer has to present such strong mirrors and painful lessons. By observing rather than reacting, we move beyond the old patterns and begin to live in a more natural alignment with life.
