INTUITION - IT IS TIME TO TRUST OURSELVES

Intuition is not something mystical just a few people have, and it’s not imagination, fantasy or wishful thinking. It’s a natural inner guidance system we all arrive with. It’s quiet, simple, and direct. And because it doesn’t shout or justify itself, it’s often overlooked or dismissed. Intuition does not argue, or persuade or need proof. It has always been there, gently guiding us, long before logic learned how to explain itself.

Intuition usually shows up as a ‘knowing’ rather than a thought. It might be a calm sense that something is right or wrong without being able to say why. It might be a subtle nudge to pause, to turn left instead of right, to call someone unexpectedly, or to not go somewhere you had planned. For some it produces inner excitement or a sense of inner clarity. It can also produce a physical reaction such as ‘goosebumps,’ a tingling or a shiver on the skin.

Many people dismiss intuition because it doesn’t come with reasons. We’re taught to trust what we can measure, see, or be told by authority - and to doubt what comes from within. We’ve all experienced the frustration caused to people requiring a logical explanation for our decision, when our reply is, ‘I just know! Intuition is not random. It is deeply intelligent. For example, you may meet someone who appears friendly and appropriate, yet something in you remains cautious, even though you cannot point to anything wrong. Later, that feeling proves accurate. Or you may feel strongly guided to take a different job, even when the logical choice looks better on paper, and only afterward do you see how perfectly that decision supported your well being. Many years ago, I was trying to decide whether to leave Europe after living there for many years, I wrote a list of the reasons to leave and reasons to stay. The list to leave was by far the longest. I looked at the leaving list and I sensed my inner loss at the logical outcome. Luckily, I understood that no matter the apparent logic, we have to trust our gut. I ripped up the pages and stayed. It was the right action.

Intuition can also show up in everyday moments. You might suddenly feel prompted to leave home earlier than usual, only to avoid an accident or delay. You may think of someone you haven’t spoken to in years and feel an urge to reach out, and discover they needed support at that exact moment. You might sense a conversation is not finished even when words have stopped, or know when someone is not being truthful without needing evidence. These are not dramatic events, yet they quietly shape our daily lives when we allow them to.

The world we are living in now is actively encouraging the return of this inner trust. With increasing misinformation, manipulation of images, narratives shaped by agendas, and the rapid expansion of artificial intelligence, what we see and hear can no longer be relied upon as absolute truth. This is not a mistake. It is a training ground. We are being asked to stop handing our authority outward and to begin trusting our own inner knowing again.

This does not mean to reject logic or intelligence. It means letting intuition lead and let the mind support it, rather than the other way around. Intuition often arrives first, quietly and cleanly. The mind usually follows later, sometimes resisting at first, then catching up. When we learn to pause and feel our way rather than immediately analyze, intuition becomes clearer and easier to recognize.

Trust is the key. Intuition strengthens with use, just like a muscle. Each time we listen and act on it, even in small ways, it becomes more familiar. Each time we dismiss it, we weaken our connection to ourselves. Trusting intuition doesn’t mean it will always lead to comfort or ease, but it does mean it will lead to alignment. Sometimes intuition guides us away from what we want and toward what we need. Sometimes it asks us to wait when the world is pushing urgency. Sometimes it invites us to let go before we feel ready

As we move beyond dense 3D structures that are built on control, fear and external authority, our intuitive awareness becomes essential. Higher frequencies can’t be navigated through rigid belief systems or beliefs (borrowed truths). This requires direct knowing, presence, and inner coherence. Intuition is the bridge. It is how we sense resonance, integrity, and alignment without needing permission or validation.

Living intuitively does not require dramatic spiritual practices. It begins in ordinary moments, choosing what feels true rather than what is expected, listening to the body, honoring inner signals, and allowing silence to speak. Over time, intuition becomes a natural standard practice, woven into decision making, relationships, work, and creativity. Life becomes less about reacting and more about responding.

Ultimately, intuition reconnects us with our own sovereignty. It reminds us that truth is not something we download or need proven, but something we just know. As we trust it more fully, the illusions of false structures lose their grip on us. Intuition doesn’t take us away from reality, it brings us back to it.

It is truly time now for us to regain clarity, certainty, authenticity, sovereignty and complete trust in ourselves and our inner connection to the Source of Light.
